This is what we intend during our 2009-2010 season:
- September 2, 2008-May 26, 2009: Rehearsals every Tuesday, at Central Presbyterian Church, 7-9 pm
- Throughout the Year: Performances as requested by community groups; about 10 in all.
- November: Performances with the Eugene Gleemen at Central Presbyterian Church and Wildish Hall
- JANUARY 15-16: THE
PUBLIC IS INVITED
to our workshop with John Gainer
(pictured) on songs of the Civil Rights Movement.
- JANUARY 18: CONCERT BY WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS AT THE HULT CENTER AS PART OF EUGENE'S MLK CELEBRATION
- January 19: Open invitation performance for workshop participants at Willamalane Senior Center in Springfield.
- May 22-31 Memorial Day Weekend: Workshop and performance at Seattle Folklife Festival
- June 1: Last regular rehearsal of season. Next rehearsal September 14.
- Summertime: Weekend retreat at Oregon coast on Silcoos lake, including song selection for next season, exact dates to be arranged.
- During the Summer: Song circles & summer social events.
